– Joined the Oil and Gas Methane Partnership 2.0 Initiative. – Set a new medium-term target to achieve a near-zero methane emissions intensity by 2030. |

– Improved our Paris-aligned target framework of near-, medium-, and long-term targets for reducing emissions over which the company has ownership and control, namely Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions with an ambition to become a net-zero company for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2050. – Developed our Plan for the Net-Zero Energy Transition to describe in detail how we intend to manage through the energy transition and address associated risks and opportunities. – Successfully completed the acquisition and integration of Concho Resources and Shell Permian assets to deliver differential performance on the company’s Triple Mandate. – Expanded our assurance scope beyond quantitative data to include key disclosures and metrics. |
